Mary Jo White Nominated to Head SEC

Yesterday, January 24, 2013, President Obama nominated former US Attorney in New York, Mary Jo White, to serve as the next chairman of the US Securities and Exchange Commission.  Her nomination goes to the US Senate for confirmation.
